Introducing our very first 100% arabica signature house blend, aptly named 1.0 Blend. It is consisting of Brazil Mogiana Cerrado, with Colombia Huila Supremo and Guatemala Huehuetenango.

The beans are carefully roasted to medium roast level, and is suitable for espresso based coffees, be it milk based or black coffees. 

We did numerous cupping and tasting to get the perfect blending ratios between the 3 single origins. We can attest that after rigorous taste testing, we finally found the perfect ratio for this blend. It is a super sweet coffee, with tasting notes of red cherries, crème caramel and a Cadbury chocolate finish.

Our go to recipe for this blend would be :

Input / Dose = 18.5grams

Output / Espresso = 32grams

Timing = 22-28 seconds
